We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk with hotel experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Your hospitality management skills and multilingual abilities will help create memorable guest experiences while maintaining efficient front desk operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and address any inquiries or requests.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation options, and dining recommendations.
- Maintain guest records, process payments securely, and ensure all front desk procedures adhere to hospitality standards.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns or issues, escalating as necessary to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Support night audit processes by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain clean stocked lobby and front area
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Proven experience working in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of guest services, resort operations, and hospitality best practices.
- Ability to handle night audit procedures efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
