We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Sales Development Representative to support our ProSearch division. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in sales, business development, and market research within a fast‑paced environment.
The Sales Development Representative will play a critical role in supporting outbound sales efforts by conducting market research, identifying and qualifying leads, and setting meetings for our ProSearch division. This position partners closely with sales leadership to help build pipeline and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support outbound sales initiatives by researching, identifying, and qualifying prospective customers.
- Conduct market research and reverse searches to uncover new opportunities, decision‑makers, and target accounts.
- Build and maintain lead lists using CRM systems and other research tools.
- Set qualified meetings for sales teams by executing outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with prospecting campaigns and follow‑up efforts to support pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand target markets, ideal customer profiles, and messaging.
- Track outreach activity, lead status, and meeting outcomes to ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide general administrative and research support to the sales teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional or internship experience, preferably in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or account management.
- Comfortable conducting research and engaging with prospects via outbound outreach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to learn technical or scientific products and services.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience a plus but not required.
- Self‑motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a sales‑focused environment.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
