Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled SDLC Analyst to drive enterprise-wide transformation across the software delivery lifecycle. This role focuses on process standardization, governance alignment, and automation—bringing clarity, consistency, and scalability from intake through production release.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, governance, and platform tooling to design repeatable, auditable, and high-performing SDLC processes aligned with enterprise policies and modern delivery practices.What You’ll Do
🔹 SDLC Transformation & Process Design
- Evaluate current SDLC workflows across intake, planning, development, testing, and release
- Design future-state processes that improve efficiency, predictability, and compliance
- Define quality gates, approvals, and lifecycle controls
- Support multiple delivery models: Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall
- Translate governance, risk, and compliance requirements into practical SDLC workflows
- Partner with Security, Audit, Architecture, and GRC teams
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable remediation strategies
- Embed governance directly into workflows, not as an afterthought
- Establish enterprise SDLC standards, artifacts, and workflows
- Align with Release Management and EPMO frameworks
- Define exception handling, escalation paths, and risk controls
- Create clear, auditable documentation for enterprise adoption
- Reduce manual effort through workflow automation and tooling integration
- Translate requirements into automated solutions using Jira, ServiceNow, Planview, and CI/CD tools
- Ensure traceability, reporting, and audit readiness
- Lead workshops and alignment sessions across business and technical teams
- Support change management, training, and adoption
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback and performance metrics
- 5 years experience in SDLC, process improvement, or governance-focused roles
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience aligning delivery processes with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Planview, or similar tools
- Proven ability to design and document scalable processes and workflows
- Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
- Experience leading or supporting enterprise SDLC transformation initiatives
- Background in DevOps, Release Management, or Platform Enablement
- Experience implementing automated governance controls
- Familiarity with audit or regulatory environments
- Standardized SDLC processes adopted across teams
- Governance embedded seamlessly into delivery workflows
