We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Program Coordinator. This is a dynamic position that requires creativity and flexible program-solving within a collaborative team process. Have excellent communications skills, and experience working within individuals' treatment teams. The candidate will be required to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

QUALIFICATIONS: College Degree in related field preferred, Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D Certificate and Two years experience working with individuals with DD in residential services.
SCHEDULE: Position requires that employee is willing to work the schedule as assigned of no less than 80 hours BI-weekly.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned service sites.
2. Assures development of appropriate programs/documentation sheets based on the
ISP/IEP.
3. Monitor all consumer documentation to assure consumers are receiving services as
designated by their ISP/IEP.
4. Assure the timely completion of paperwork that is required to meet all local, state,
and federal guidelines.
5. Assure staff is scheduled based on the needs of the consumer and adhering to
budgetary constraints and staffing ratios.
6. Assure that consumer’s rights are observed.
7. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as deemed necessary.
8. . Be available to staff and consumers on an on-call basis to answer any
programmatic/consumer care issues as assigned.
9. Assist Site Supervisor with any consumer or staffing problems.
Pay: From $39,000.00 per year
