About the Role
We are seeking motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representatives to join our on-site team in Brooklyn, New York. This full-time role focuses on engaging prospective and existing customers through phone and email, building relationships, and closing sales using company-provided warm leads — no cold calling required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach using provided leads
- Present and explain CPS service plans to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Close sales and consistently achieve monthly performance targets
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to build rapport and effectively handle objections
