Qualifications: minimum of 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged to apply), BLS certification, ASHA-SLP National Certification, state-specific license, and physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology is essential.
Key duties: evaluate patient needs, develop therapy plans, perform screenings, educate, document, and collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
