Travel Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Role Overview: A travel Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Working in settings such as hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, they develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercises and manual therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions through tests, examinations, and history.
• Create and implement individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Utilize various techniques and equipment to improve mobility and decrease pain.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.
• Maintain safety, adhere to protocols, and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Assist in discharge planning and ensure smooth patient transitions.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PC and documentation.
• Physical ability to move, lift, and operate equipment.
• Mental resilience to work under pressure and handle diverse interactions.
