We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive biopsychosocial and spiritual assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and advocacy for patients and their support systems.

- Collaborating with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered care plans across the continuum of care.
- Performing assessments, diagnosis, and interventions that respect patient self-determination and aim to reduce health disparities and barriers to care.
- Working with diverse inpatient and outpatient populations in a respectful, ethical manner aligned with NASW standards.
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited or candidacy status school.
- Current Oregon Clinical Social Worker License or license in appropriate states.
- At least 2 years of relevant social work experience, including CSWA experience preferred.
