- Delivering comprehensive emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population.
- Assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring patient progress.
- Performing advanced clinical procedures and utilizing cardiac rhythm interpretation skills when required.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active WA state RN license or Multistate RN license.
- Current healthcare provider CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year recent emergency department nursing experience.
- BSN preferred; proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation is required for certain units.
- Providing patient-centered care during night shifts (7 pm - 7 am) in a 12-hour shift format.
- Participating in competency assessments, including cardiac rhythm interpretation if applicable.
- Maintaining compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.
