- Oversee all supervisory duties for the assigned unit
- Develop and enforce employee policies and procedures
- Mentor less experienced nurses with clinical and career guidance
- Maintain high standards of care within the unit
- Review resident records and monitor quality of care
- Assess individual resident cases and overall care
- Address resident and family questions or concerns
- Represent the unit to upper management
- Valid NYS RN License
- Preferred 2 years in Long Term Care
- Preferred 1 year of Charge Nurse experience
- Positive leadership attitude
- Strong computer and communication skills
