- Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides
- Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care for residents
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate with the interdisciplinary team and physicians
- Educate residents and families as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Current RN or LPN license in Nebraska or recognized compact license
- CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within the first month
