- At least one year of nursing experience; critical care experience preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school and demonstrate mastery of nursing skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Current Illinois Nursing license, AHA CPR certification, with ACLS required within six months.
