- Developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure effective care delivery.
- Initiating interventions based on patient conditions and care plans.
- Documenting all assessments and care activities accurately.
- Performing related duties to support patient outcomes.
- Associate’s degree in Nursing.
- Valid Multi-State RN License or equivalent from a Compact state.
- BLS certification required within 7 days of hire.
- ACLS and NIHSS certifications required during orientation.
- Preferred: RN-C or CCRN certification.
