Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician

Role Overview: Provide emergency medical care in a high-volume setting with an annual patient volume of 25,000. Cover shifts from 7a-7p and 7p-7a, with NP/PA support from 11a-11p. Utilize EMR systems including Meditech Expanse and EPIC.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat emergency patients efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with backup specialties as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Board certification in Emergency Medicine or equivalent.
  • Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and moderate sedation education if applicable.
  • Experience with EMR systems and moderate sedation privileges.

Additional Details: Compensation ranges from $257.05 to $278.25 per hour. The role offers comprehensive malpractice insurance, competitive pay, and support for travel and lodging arrangements.
