We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the 6B Medical Unit, providing acute and chronic medical care for adult patients with diagnoses such as pneumonia, diabetes, COPD, and mental status changes.
In this role, you will manage 5-6 patients, implement a relationship-based care model, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications include an RN license in Delaware or a Compact State, at least one year of med/surg experience, and BLS certification. A BSN is preferred or a commitment to obtain one within three years.
Key duties involve patient assessment, care planning, administering treatments, and ensuring safety and comfort.
Required physical abilities include standing, walking, lifting, and handling tasks, with exposure to biological and environmental elements.
