Key Responsibilities
- Perform nursing duties during 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Administer treatments, monitor patient conditions, and document care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and safety protocols.
- Support end-of-life care, wound management, and other med-surg skills on the hematology/oncology unit.
- Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license and BLS certification.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required for patient care.
- Proficient in communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy.
