Role: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor adult patients in an acute care hospital setting
  • Administer medications and IV therapies
  • Develop and coordinate evidence-based care plans with an interdisciplinary team
  • Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Support safe transitions of care between settings
  • Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments
