- Document patient progress efficiently in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Track objective clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered environment.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation.
- Experience with telehealth services and digital health tools.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
