We are seeking an entry-level Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP).
Role And Responsibilities
Involves direct patient care with exposure to infectious materials, heavy lifting, and physical activity, in a healthcare setting with moderate noise and temperature control.

- Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Delegate tasks to patient care staff such as RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and Technicians.
- Participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities within the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) team.
- Perform data collection and analysis pre-, during-, and post-hemodialysis treatments; adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and care.
- Administer medications, assist with emergency responses, and ensure proper laboratory procedures.
- Contribute to staff training and orientation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete CAP requirements for advancement and perform other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing School with current state licensure.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Entry-level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience; chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, moving patients, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
