Join as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in pediatric home health, providing focused, one-on-one care in the home environment.

Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
  • Collaborating closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership
  • Delivering personalized, consistent care in a safe and supportive setting
  • Following care plans with RN oversight and adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications And Skills

  • Valid New Jersey LPN or Multistate License
  • Recent physical exam, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience with G-tube, trach, vent preferred or willingness to train
