Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for pediatric clients with conditions such as G-tube feeding, CHARGE Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Developmental Delay.

- Follow individualized care plans and document assessments, tasks, and observations.
- Deliver high-quality, consistent care while adhering to policies and procedures.
- Work one-on-one with clients, supporting activities of daily living, medication management, seizure precautions, and other nursing duties.
- Receive clinical guidance from Lead RN and assist with various clinical tasks.
- Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN or RN license.
- Valid BLS certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
- Compliance with background screening and TB testing requirements.
