We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities include: utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; conducting focused patient interviews; assessing physiological and psychosocial changes; collecting and analyzing data; and documenting nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications: active LPN license in the practice state, current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, BLS certification, and preferably one year of LPN experience.
