Licensed Practical Nurse - Ambulatory Neurology

This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient care in an ambulatory setting under the supervision of a registered nurse or supervisor.

Key responsibilities include

• collecting patient data through observation,
• assisting in patient assessment and care planning,
• delivering care according to care plans, policies, and relationship-based care principles,
• communicating effectively within the healthcare team,
  
  

and

• participating in quality improvement projects and team activities.
  
  

Qualifications required are

• current LPN license per state regulations,
• at least one year of LPN experience,
• excellent communication skills,
• proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records,
  
  

and

• ability to work flexible daytime hours in a team environment.
  
  

Certifications needed include

• valid BLS certification from recognized providers,
  
  

and additional specialty certifications as required.

Compensation ranges from $26.52 to $39.32 per hour based on experience and education, with full-time hours (80 per pay period) scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The position offers comprehensive benefits, a non-exempt status, and no weekend or on-call duties.
