- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
- Prepare, test, and evaluate reagents and quality control materials
- Document procedures and perform preventative maintenance and quality checks
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Science, Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology
- Hematology Medical Technologist Florida License
- Preferred: 3 months of clinical laboratory testing experience
- Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification
- Proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems
- Ability to pass a color blindness test
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
