- Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff; provide coaching and developmental feedback.
- Monitor workflow, manage staffing across shifts, and maintain assay coverage.
- Investigate production errors, implement process improvements, and maintain Quality Assurance records.
- Ensure equipment maintenance, regulatory compliance, and handle administrative tasks including payroll.
- Associate's degree in Chemical, Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Laboratory Technologist or Technician.
- At least 2 years of experience in high complexity testing.
- Solid knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and state regulations.
- Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a color blindness test.
