Behavioral Health Program Manager

Position Overview: An Outpatient Program Manager is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including clinical and case management services.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage scheduling, quality improvement initiatives, and ensure evidence-based, client-centered care.
• Monitor program outcomes, compliance, and report on performance metrics.
