What You'll Do
As a Client Success Coordinator, you'll help ensure our law firm clients receive exceptional service by coordinating communication between clients and our internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned law firm clients.
- Respond to client questions and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requests are completed accurately and on time.
- Track open requests and follow through until issues are resolved.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and introducing them to our services.
- Prepare account updates and client communications.
- Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service.
- Help keep client information organized and up to date.
- Escalate complex issues to leadership when needed.
- Support special projects and other operational initiatives as assigned.
