About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Master a proven client engagement system designed to serve families with life, health, and retirement protection solutions
  • Build and grow your own book of business using exclusive, qualified leads (no cold calling)
  • Apply the discipline, resilience, and coachability developed through athletics, military service, or sales leadership
  • Earn advancement opportunities into leadership, mentorship, and team-building roles
  • Develop a sustainable income model that includes renewals and long-term residuals

Qualifications

  • Background in athletics, military service, leadership, or performance-based sales
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Highly disciplined, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to commit to full-time effort (approximately 40 hours per week)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients
  • Ability to obtain a state life insurance license (we assist with the process)
  • Long-term vision focused on growth, impact, and financial independence

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with uncapped income potential.

Typical first-year earnings range from $60,000 – $200,000, with additional opportunities through renewals, bonuses, and leadership development.

Your income grows as your client base and team expand—creating a pathway to lasting, passive revenue.
