Salary: $16.00 / hour (Weekly Pay)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts) – Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

Since opening in 1997, CAP has grown to maintain 33 group homes, two adult day programs, and a home and community-based services program. Key Responsibilities

Ability to multitask is one of the most critical skills needed.

  • Answering phone calls, taking messages and making outgoing calls as needed.
  • Greeting prospective employees and assisting applicants.
  • Completing check-up calls for new hires.
  • Distributing necessary documents and supplies as needed.
  • Ordering office supplies and running errands.
  • Assisting the Recruitment Coordinator with new hire paperwork, making copies, and operating Access.
  • Data entry, filing, assisting with various office tasks.
  • Assisting with work orders and facility maintenance database entries.
  • Disperse incoming mail, meter or stamp outgoing mail.
  • Complete basic typing (60 WPM), document distribution, and general administrative tasks.
  • Communicate kindly and professionally on the phone and in person.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

· 1-year minimum of Customer Service and Microsoft Office experience.

Education: Must have a high school diploma or a GED (Associate’s degree preferred).

License/Certifications:

· Must have a valid AZ Driver’s License for a minimum of 1 year, must be 20 years old and have a clean 39 month driving record.

· Must meet our insurance eligibility requirements and operate company vehicles.

· Must have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Minimum Weight Requirement: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Technical Skills: Ability to type 60 WPM and use MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook Calendar).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a professional demeanor with a positive attitude, strong time management and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

· 1-year minimum working in the DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) field.

  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Current Notary Public certification.
  • Advanced editing and revising skills.
