What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chair of the Board of Directors position at Consulytica?
Company Description
Consultyica is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit fintech organization building a first-of-its-kind community credit infrastructure for people the traditional financial system was never built to serve, gig workers, returning citizens, immigrants, young adults, and individuals navigating housing instability.
Our ProV 24:V3 Score measures real-world financial behavior, payments, program participation, and community engagement, not just credit history. We operate as a closed-loop ecosystem alongside FinCliq (BNPL platform) and FinCliq Loan Services, where live transaction data feeds our scoring model and our scores inform lending decisions..
We are early stage, mission-driven, and building something that doesn't yet exist at scale.
