We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Systems Analyst to support ongoing development initiatives by translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. This role will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication and efficient delivery within an Agile environment. This role is on-site 5 days a week in the downtown Pittsburgh, PA area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attend stakeholder and project meetings to gather and understand business requirements
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories within Jira
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Support Agile processes, including backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Ensure requirements are well-documented, organized, and aligned with project goals
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to project tracking and documentation
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- 1β3 years of familiarity with Salesforce
- Experience using Jira for user story creation and tracking
Flex Skills / Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Soft Skills:
- Ability to translate between business and technical language
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Administrative or coordination background preferred
