JOBSUMMARY:
Thisrole is the primary liaison betweenNorth AmericaSales and other customer-facing teams and Salesforce.You will focus on user support, reporting,trainingand adoption - ensuring teams can do their jobs efficiently using Salesforce.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES:
User Support & Enablement
Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and issue resolution
Respond to user requests related to access, reports, dashboards, and data questions
Partner with Learning andEnablementteams to develop andmaintainSalesforce training materials, job aids, and SOPs
Provide onboarding and ongoing enablement fornew usersand role changes
Gather user feedback toidentifyfriction points and improvement opportunities
Reporting & Dashboards
Design, build, andmaintainstandard and ad-hoc Salesforce reports and dashboards
Translate business questions into clear, actionable reporting and visual insights
Ensure dashboards align with agreed-upon definitions, metrics, and KPIs
Regularly review andoptimizereports for accuracy, usability, and relevance
Data Quality & Governance
Monitor andmaintaindata integrity across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities
Establish routines to ensure consistent use of required fields and data standards
Support data imports, updates, and clean-up activities
Ensureuserreadinessthrough comprehensivetesting
General Administration & Support
Perform routine Salesforce administrative tasks (user setup, permissions, basic configuration support)
Document processes, report definitions, and dashboard logic
Perform quality assurance checks tovalidatereporting accuracy and system changes
Perform various other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business administration,IT orbusinesssystemssupport,orequivalent educationpreferred
2 years'experience inSales,SalesOperationsor Customer Service role
1-3 years'extensiveexperience with Salesforcestructure and applications
Willing to obtain Salesforce Administrator Certification
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Strong oral and written communication skills
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient knowledge ofMS Programs includingMicrosoft Wordand PowerPoint
Expert knowledge of Excel
OTHER SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent projectand changemanagement experience
Stronganalytical andproblem-solving skills
Close attention to detail
Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work with interruptions
Keep up in a fast-paced work setting
Travel may be required on occasion (1-2 times per year)
