What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workday Recruiting Analyst position at ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions?
The Workday Recruiting Analyst supports a Workday Recruiting implementation by configuring, testing, and validating recruiting system functionality. This role partners with Recruiting and HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations and ensures recruiting processes are properly designed, tested, and ready for go-live.Key Responsibilities
• Configure requisition templates, candidate pipelines, workflows, and communication templates within Workday.
• Support setup and validation of offer letter templates and approval workflows.
• Design and execute recruiting test cycles across requisition, interview, offer, and hire processes.
• Perform data validation and quality checks for requisitions and candidate records.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve recruiting configuration issues.
• Document system configurations, test results, and design decisions.
• Support configuration updates and enhancements based on testing outcomes and business needs.Required Qualifications / Skills• 1-3 years of HRIS, ATS, or enterprise systems analysis experience.
• Experience configuring, testing, and validating enterprise application systems.
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
