Overview
We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support day-to-day administration of Workday across core HCM. This role will help maintain system configuration, support users, and ensure data accuracy across HR processes in a post go-live environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Workday configuration across core HCM (worker data, job profiles, org structures, and business processes)
- Maintain and update workflows, business processes, and security roles
- Assist with reporting and dashboard creation
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
- Perform data audits and ensure data integrity across the system
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement updates
- Support testing for system updates, enhancements, and releases
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of Workday or HRIS experience
- Experience with core HCM processes and configuration
- Basic understanding of Workday business process framework
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR and IT
Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday reporting
- Experience with EIBs or basic integrations
- Experience supporting a post go-live environment
