We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing engineering organization focused on building and scaling modern cloud-based platforms. This role combines deep technical expertise in AWS infrastructure, database platform operations, automation, and scalability with strong customer engagement and communication skills. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working directly with engineering teams, supporting internal customers, and designing reliable, scalable infrastructure solutions.

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure within AWS environments.
• Manage and optimize AWS services, including EC2 and other core infrastructure components.
• Support infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and automation initiatives.
• Develop scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure architectures.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Manage database infrastructure with a focus on scalability, performance, and operational excellence.
• Support graph database platforms and services, including capacity planning, performance tuning, and operational support.
• Build and maintain "Database as a Service " and platform service capabilities for internal customers.
• Design and implement solutions for large-scale data ingestion, storage, and access.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure, networking, and database layers.
• Create operational standards, automation frameworks, and best practices for cloud infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver customer-focused solutions.

• 7 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related disciplines.
• Strong hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise with AWS services, including EC2, networking, storage, security, and compute services.
• Experience designing and operating highly available, scalable cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPCs, routing, DNS, load balancing, security groups, and connectivity patterns.
• Experience scaling and administering large database environments.
• Experience supporting graph databases such as Neo4j or other graph database technologies preferred.
• Strong understanding of database performance tuning, capacity planning, and scalability strategies.
• Experience supporting platform services and shared infrastructure offerings.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools).
• Experience with Linux administration and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

• Experience operating Neo4j or other graph database platforms in production environments.
• Experience building platform engineering or infrastructure-as-a-service capabilities.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience supporting data-intensive applications and large-scale data ingestion platforms.
• Exposure to monitoring, observability, and performance management tools.
