We're looking for a Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to support our consulting and implementation teams. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Salesforce experience—particularly as a Power User or administrator—who is ready to step into a project manager role. You'll help keep client engagements running smoothly by tracking progress, organizing deliverables, and facilitating clear communication across teams.

• Coordinate internal and client meetings, document agendas, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.

• Assist with managing timelines, task assignments, and resource schedules across Salesforce projects.

• Support the use of Jira and Confluence for task tracking and project documentation.

• Help create, manage, and prioritize work tickets related to Salesforce functionality and configuration.

• Collaborate closely with consultants, architects, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.

• Maintain documentation and ensure consistent communication with all project stakeholders.

• Assist in onboarding new clients and initiating project workflows and cadence.

• 1-3 years of experience coordinating or managing Salesforce workstreams or projects.

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Power User or with Salesforce Administration tasks (e.g., managing users, dashboards, page layouts, or data updates).

• Experience working with task tracking tools such as Jira, and documentation tools like Confluence or Google Workspace.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and support multiple teams simultaneously.

• Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Salesforce Associate or Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management
