$23-$25 an hour W2 

Immediate hire for a skilled Robotic Welder responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining robotic welding systems to produce high-quality components. Involves working with carbon and stainless steel, ensuring precision and efficiency in automated welding processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Program and operate robotic welding systems for carbon and stainless steel. Interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot robotic systems to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize welding programs and improve production efficiency. Document production data and quality control records accurately. Assist in designing and building fixtures and jigs for production needs. Meet production output and quality standards. Ensure compliance with ISO and OSHA safety standards. Perform additional duties assigned to support manufacturing and the company's goals.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in robotic welding systems (Client preferred).
• Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding processes; TIG experience is a plus.
• AWS certification or technical diploma in robotics/automation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Forklift certification and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to legally work in the United States and communicate effectively in English
