Project Manager – Network Infrastructure (Offshore Development Center)

Location: US East Coast or Europe (preferred)

We are seeking a technically strong Project Manager to lead the end-to-end setup of network infrastructure for a new offshore development center. This role will partner closely with a US-based core engineering team and oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure fit-out for a new office environment.

This is a hands-on PM role requiring both technical fluency in network infrastructure and the ability to drive execution across global teams and senior stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for network infrastructure setup, from planning through deployment and handoff
• Coordinate the fit-out of office network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, connectivity, security, and hardware deployment
• Partner with US-based engineering teams to ensure alignment on architecture, standards, and implementation
• Manage cross-functional teams including network engineers, vendors, and local site resources
• Drive project planning, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all phases
• Provide regular status reporting, risk management, and governance updates to senior stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, security requirements, and compliance protocols
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges
• Oversee vendor coordination, procurement alignment, and implementation sequencing

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering network infrastructure projects (office buildouts, data centers, or similar environments)
• Strong technical understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routing/switching, firewalls, connectivity, cabling, etc.)
• Experience managing full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
• Demonstrated ability to work with distributed/global teams, particularly US-based stakeholders
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and providing executive-level reporting
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks
• Ability to lead and coordinate engineering teams and third-party vendors
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience setting up infrastructure for offshore or global delivery centers
• Background working in enterprise environments with defined architecture and security standards
• Familiarity with network security, cloud connectivity, and hybrid environments
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification

• Seamless delivery of a fully functional, secure, and scalable network infrastructure for the offshore center
• Strong alignment between offshore implementation and US-based architecture standards
• Clear communication, predictable delivery, and proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle
