Summary
The Product Manager will serve as a key connector between Technology and business units, driving product initiatives that support organizational goals. This role is responsible for aligning technology capabilities with business needs, managing the full product lifecycle, and enabling collaboration across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented product professional with strong leadership skills, experience in technology-driven environments, and a passion for delivering high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Align product initiatives and technology capabilities with business unit objectives to deliver measurable value.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and support strategic IT planning.
• Own the full lifecycle of IT products from ideation and planning through launch, evaluation, and iteration.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product design and delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and aligned with business goals.
• Apply agile and product management best practices, including sprint management, backlog prioritization, ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate market trends and emerging technologies to recommend product enhancements that improve business impact and user experience.
• Ensure product documentation is accurate, accessible, and supports user adoption and enablement efforts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to resolve issues and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Define, track, and optimize KPIs related to business value delivery, user adoption, customer satisfaction, ROI, time-to-market, cross-functional collaboration, and team engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in product management or technology management roles, with a proven history of leading technology initiatives, products, or services.
• Experience supporting business units or operational functions in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and market analysis.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and modern product management practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and track KPIs.
