Product Manager, OHO

The Product Manager is responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of one or more products throughout the product lifecycle. This role partners closely with Technology, Business, and Design teams to define product vision, develop roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

The Product Manager drives product discovery, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product development and delivery. Working closely with Engineering, UX, and stakeholders, the Product Manager ensures that solutions solve meaningful business problems while delivering a strong user experience.

Product Strategy & Planning

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Identify business problems and opportunities through stakeholder engagement, user feedback, and data analysis.

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Product Development & Delivery

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, impact, and development effort.

• Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams to design and deliver high-quality product solutions.

• Guide development teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure alignment with product goals and timelines.

User Experience & Continuous Improvement

• Champion the end-user experience by incorporating user research, feedback, and usability insights into product decisions.

• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Drive enhancements and optimizations based on user sentiment, analytics, and evolving business needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

• Communicate product priorities, roadmap updates, and delivery progress to stakeholders.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product outcomes.

Product Documentation & Artifacts

• Develop and maintain product documentation including requirements, workflows, use cases, and other product artifacts.

• Ensure documentation supports development, testing, and operational readiness.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to navigate competing priorities and resolve complex challenges using sound judgment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.

• Experience creating product documentation such as functional requirements, workflows, and use cases.
