We are seeking a Business Process Mapping Specialist to support a proof-of-concept initiative focused on automating QA/QC procedures with AI. This fully remote contract role is expected to last at least two months, with potential to extend depending on project success.

• Collaborate with business sponsors and QA managers to document and process map existing QA/QC procedures (current state).
• Create clear, detailed process maps using Lucidchart or Visio (experience with either is acceptable; Lucidchart preferred for collaboration).
• Work independently to meet with stakeholders, gather requirements, and clarify procedures as needed.
• Ensure documentation is explicit, step-by-step, and free from ambiguity.
• Support backlog grooming by mapping multiple procedures, readying them for handoff to development teams.
• Upload finalized process maps and supporting documentation to SharePoint.
  

• Proven experience in business process mapping and documentation.
• Hands-on expertise with Lucidchart and/or Visio.
• Strong attention to detail, able to ask clarifying questions and avoid assumptions.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote, metrics-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills for working with business/QA managers and documenting processes clearly.
• Financial services industry experience is a plus but not required.
