Summary
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to drive user adoption and business readiness for an enterprise implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement as the organization transitions from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2. This role will work closely with the Solutions Architect, OIC Architect, and Fusion Procurement Consultant to ensure stakeholders are prepared for new processes, systems, and ways of working. The OCM Consultant will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to enable a smooth transition and successful adoption within an accelerated six-month implementation timeline.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management for ERP or enterprise system implementations
• Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP transformations
• Strong background in change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessments
• Experience developing and executing communication plans and change campaigns
• Ability to design and deliver end-user training programs and materials
• Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments and adoption tracking
• Strong understanding of procurement business processes and user impacts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations (Sourcing, iProcurement, Purchasing, CLM)
• Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
• Experience working in fast-paced, compressed implementation timelines (6 months or similar)
• Experience developing super-user / champion networks
• Background in training delivery for both technical integrations and end users

This role partners closely with functional and technical teams to ensure the people, process, and adoption side of the transformation is successful, enabling the organization to fully realize the value of its new procurement platform
