We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of complex, data-driven products within a highly regulated environment. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and compliance—owning initiatives that directly impact how large-scale data is analyzed, monitored, and translated into actionable insights.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to drive modernization, influence product direction, and partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders across a large and evolving product portfolio.

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives including regulatory-driven changes, product enhancements, and modernization efforts
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, analysts, and business stakeholders) to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Translate complex data and regulatory needs into clear product features and user value
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing competing priorities and timelines
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous product improvement
• Lead release planning, UAT strategy, and post-launch optimization (non-hands-on testing)
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers—and proactively drive resolution

• 5 years of product management (or related) experience in data-driven or regulated environments
• Strong ability to manage complex products with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Experience working with large-scale data systems and understanding how data flows across platforms
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into product strategy and execution
• Proven experience owning roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery across multiple initiatives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in agile / product development environments

• Background in financial services, compliance, or regulatory environments
• Exposure to surveillance, risk, or monitoring systems
• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis concepts
• Experience supporting modernization or large-scale transformation initiatives

• You think in systems and understand the "big picture” of how data drives decisions
• You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing competing priorities
• You take ownership and drive outcomes in complex, high-stakes environments
• You're a strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts and align teams
