What You Will Own
- Oversight of IT infrastructure, applications, security, and technology operations
- Management of multiple Managed Service Provider relationships, holding them accountable to SLAs and driving measurable performance
- Disaster recovery planning and execution for all mission-critical systems
- IT budget ownership
- Cybersecurity standards and compliance across the organization
- Process and SOP development to support a scaling workforce
- Evaluation and integration of new hardware, software, and cloud based solutions
What We Are Looking For
- BS in Computer Science or related field required
- 7 years of progressive IT leadership experience with a track record of owning and running an IT function
- Strong MSP and vendor management experience, including contract negotiations
- Experience with integrating new technology via acquisitions
- General infrastructure background with hands-on experience in cloud and hybrid environments
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
- Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communicator who can speak to both technical teams and senior business leaders
- Any exposure to AI and emerging technologies is a plus :
