Salary: $75,000-85,000 , 401k, Full Benefits, Bonus, PTO, Paid Holidays, Per diem for travel.

Job Description:
The Finish Coordinator's primary responsibility is to manage the punch list process on Projects. They will be in communication with the Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Subcontractors,
Property Managers, Architects, and Owners. They must have the technical skills to set up and manage the punchlist within Procore. Also, the ability to lead subcontractors and finish the punch list to an acceptable level on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Become familiar with the project documents.
• Establish a "Benchmark” unit for the subs to understand our expectations.
• Set the project up in Procore to utilize the software to its fullest capacity.
• Create the contractors punch list based off of our quality standards.
• Distribute the punch list to all of the subcontractors through Procore.
• Enforce the completion schedule as dictated per the project schedule.
• Ensure punch list is 100% complete in a timely manner.
• Walk Ownership through the building to create their punch list.
• Ensure owner punch list is 100% percent signed off.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in the construction industry, preferably in the multi-family housing market sector.
• Must understand the construction industry and job site safety requirements.
• Ability to understand and read plans, specs, schedules, and project documents.
• Proficient with using Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
