Administrative Assistant
Location: West Jordan, Utah
Duration: Contract 6 months
Full-Time, Start ASAP
Pay range: $23-$25/hr DOE

Role and Responsibilities:
This position will primarily be focused on supporting safety functions, some fleet operations, and DOT compliance.

Clerical and administrative duties related to our company fleet and equipment
Monitor and assist in enforcement of DOT and FMCSA regulations to ensure compliance
Effectively evaluate, monitor, analyze, and identify all driver compliance issues
Administration of the Telematics System (GeoTab)
Calculate and file quarterly fuel taxes
Miscellaneous data entry

Qualification Requirements:
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Access
Prior experience in transportation/DOT is preferred
Vista ERP Software knowledge is a plus
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to multitask and efficiently deal with many details
Capability to work independently and as a member of a team
