Finance Business Partner - hybrid in Purchase, NY

To provide interim support through year-end 2026, we're seeking an experienced Strategic Finance / FP&A leader to lead global financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, executive reporting, and business case development for a large, global organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial planning
• Drive executive reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews
• Build financial models, ROI analyses, and business cases to support strategic investments
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and decision support
• Oversee month-end financial processes and planning cycles
• Lead and mentor two Senior Financial Analysts
• Manage KPI reporting, resource planning, and investment tracking
• Collaborate across product, operations, and business teams in a global environment

Qualifications:

• 8 years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partner experience
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and business case development skills
• Experience supporting executive leadership in a global, matrixed organization
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Hyperion, Tableau, and enterprise planning/reporting systems
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities
