A leading global strategy management consulting firm is seeking an entrepreneurial Partner to join its rapidly expanding Private Equity & M&A practice.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape one of the fastest-growing platforms in the market, advising leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies on complex M&A transactions and large-scale value creation programmes. We're looking for a commercially driven consulting leader who is recognised for winning work, building trusted client relationships and creating long-term growth.
The role
You'll work directly with private equity sponsors and portfolio company leadership teams across the full deal lifecycle, including:
- Acquisition strategy
- M&A strategy
- Post-merger integration
- Separation and carve-outs
- Value creation and performance improvement
Beyond delivering engagements, you'll play a key role in growing the practice by originating new business, developing senior client relationships and helping shape the future direction of the team.
What we're looking for
- Current Partner, or an exceptional Partner-ready Principal or Director, from a leading strategy or management consulting firm.
- A proven track record of personally originating consulting revenue.
- Established relationships with private equity sponsors and the ability to develop business independently.
- Significant experience leading M&A, integration, separation and value creation programmes.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with experience building practices, propositions or new client relationships.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing teams and growing a business.
