A leading global management consulting firm is seeking an entrepreneurial Partner to help expand its Private Equity Business Services & Professional Services practice. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a market-leading private equity platform, working with leading sponsors and their portfolio companies to accelerate growth, improve performance and create long-term value. We're looking for a commercially successful consulting leader with an established track record of originating work, building trusted relationships with private equity investors and advising Business Services and Professional Services organisations on transformational growth.
The role
You'll work directly with private equity sponsors, portfolio company executives and leadership teams to deliver strategic and operational programmes across areas including:
- Value creation and performance improvement
- Commercial growth and revenue acceleration
- Operating model transformation
- M&A strategy, integration and carve-outs
- Cost optimisation and EBITDA improvement
- Commercial excellence and organisational effectiveness
In addition to leading client engagements, you'll be expected to build new client relationships, develop market propositions and help grow a high-performing Business Services & Professional Services practice.
What we're looking for
- Current Partner, or an exceptional Partner-ready Principal or Director, from a leading strategy or management consulting firm.
- Demonstrable track record of personally originating consulting revenue.
- Established relationships with private equity sponsors investing in Business Services and Professional Services.
- Deep experience advising business services, outsourced services, professional services or other asset-light organisations.
- Proven success delivering value creation, commercial transformation or M&A programmes for private equity-backed businesses.
- Experience building practices, developing propositions or creating new revenue streams.
- Collaborative leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growing a business.
