Landscape & Hardscape Foreman (Pools, Patios, Pergolas, Decks)
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to lead our landscape and hardscape installation crews. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, can manage a team in the field, and has hands-on experience with outdoor construction projects including pools, patios, pergolas, and decks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead crews on residential outdoor construction projects
- Oversee installation of pools, hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls), pergolas, and decks
- Read and interpret plans, layouts, and construction drawings
- Coordinate daily job site activities, materials, and equipment
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors as needed
- Train and mentor crew members
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in landscape or hardscape construction, with leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pool installation, paver systems, grading, drainage, and carpentry (decks/pergolas)
- Ability to operate construction equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
- Ability to read plans and execute layouts accurately
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
